FANUC MEMORY

Fanuc memory cards are fitted in nearly all systems and series of controls. Some controls have integrated memory storage; most use a combination of on master, CPU as well dedicated memory PCB.

Types of Fanuc memory include SRAM, DRAM, FROM, RAM, ROM, as well CMOS and BMU bubble memory unit.

CNC presently carry over 90 different Fanuc memory boards in stock ready to ship throughout USA and Canada. The memory cards are fitted in many different generation of controls.

• System 6, 11, 15 used plug in BMU and ROM and SRAM
• System 10 used embedded RAM plug in ROM and add.memory extensions.
• Series 0A and 0B used embedded RAM and ROM on master PCB.
• Series 0C, 0D, 0F used memory card for PMC (ROM) and extendable RAM (upto 128K)
• Series 16, 18, 21 use SRAM and FROM
• Series 16i, 18i, 21i use plugin SRAM, DRAM and FROM and combination plugin SMD modules.

Small SMD boards for series 16, 18, 21 and 16i, 18i and 21i are sold outright. Memory PCB for 6, 10, 11, 0 series can be supplied exchange or surplus.
