Delivery Information There are various shipping options available throughout the US & Canada. Shipping costs and times will be advised when ordering. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS. We have found after shipping throughout the group Fanuc parts around the world for 30 years that UPS offers the largest range of services. We also ship via Fed-Ex if that is your preferred courier, and for larger consignments such as massive spindle motors we ship via Old Dominion. We ship throughout the continental US & Canada. All parts that have been advised as in stock, ship on date of payment. If required delivery schedule is detailed on quotes. Once the items have left our premises, then you’ll be emailed with the couriers (UPS, FEDEX, etc) waybill number and contact information to trace every step of the delivery to your chosen destination.

Express Delivery: CNC offers express – next day AM (RED AM), express saver – next day (RED), 2nd day (BLUE), road 1-5 days (Brown) expedited. For heavier loads, then Old dominion offers a 1-5 day delivery service. Though we can arrange special same day deliveries via UPS SCS (supply chain solutions).

Shipping on your Account: Either you can arrange shipping, or you can provide us with your account number if you use TNT,  FED-Ex, DHL, UPS. We do not charge a packing and handling change on parts that have been repaired or exchanged. Please let us know if you require us to ship on your own arranged courier of if you would like us to arrange it. If you choose to use your own courier, then the parts must be fully insured by yourselves and we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been picked up by your courier. Further it is purely your problem with the chosen courier to deal with any mishaps regards any parts shipped on your own account.

Problems with Shipment: Please note parts will not be shipped unless the invoice has been paid. If there are any problems with dispatching the goods, then we will try to contact you ASAP to inform you of any problems. Please inform us as soon as possible if the part has sustained any damage. If the box is damaged in anyway do not sign for it and have the courier return the package as ‘refused due to damage’. If you sign for the part, then you also accept and take responsibility that the part is in good condition!

Packaging Parts to Ship to CNC: Parts must be in a strong enough box/carton to provide adequate protection. All the main couriers list a set of standards (below). Though common sense approach also works. Please do not cut corners on the size of the box to save on shipping costs, as a box which is too small and offers no protection to the part inside is likely to get damaged. Hence any dollars saved to avoid shipping charges will be surpased multiple times by damage to the part(s) inside.

Most of the parts that are shipped to us are fragile and easily damaged.

  • Use rigid boxes with flaps. Single wall for PCB’s and light components, double wall for heavy components from 10lbs to 50lbs (drives, motors, etc) and triple for heavier parts 50-100lbs+ (larger drives and motors); pallets for anything beyond 150lbs (very large drives and motors).
  • Avoid re-using boxes unless they are in excellent condition. All eight corners are present, nothing crunched or crushed, no dinks or holes and the box looks upto the job.
  • Use adequate cushioning material. At least two inch of clearance in all directions of the package within the box especially servo, spindle amplifiers. They are very easy to damage. Packaging should be upto the job of holding the part in place as well as protecting/cushioning from heavy handed couriers.
  • Put fragile labels on box/carton. Please note if the box is too small; these will NOT stop damage; only dumb luck will.
  • Use strong adhesive tape designed for shipping and also securely affix shipping label to any/all package.
