Electronics Technician

Role Description:

Full-time on-site role for an Electronics Technician based in Charlottesville, VA. The Electronics Technician will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and testing electronic systems and components. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, repairing and testing on our in-house test rigs (training provided).

Qualifications (Experience / Knowledge):

  • Qualified and experienced electronic bench technician/engineer.
  • Capable of testing and repairing PCB’s to component level.
  • A knowledge of AC/DC motor inverters and switch mode power supplies is required for this position.
  • The candidate chosen will have a good knowledge on the use of standard testing equipment.
  • Skilled in precision Soldering techniques.
  • Ability to read electronics circuit diagrams essential.
  • Technical certifications or an associate degree in Electronics or a related field preferred.
  • Good understanding of CNC machine tools and related systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000 per year (dependent on knowledge and experience).
