Fanuc A20B-2900-0500 memory module. CNC stock this main memory with capacity 1MB CMOS RAM pcb for a variety of different 16, 18 model A controls. This complementary metal-oxide semiconductor contains memory that stores various information for the control. Usually accompanied with other boards including the CPU, Graphics driver and FSSB servo controller and other memory cards such as DRAM and FROM smds.

Currently CNC only supplies this CMOS PCB for outright sale. We offer no other services, except for testing your control system; if this memory is found suspect. If repair, then we require the entire CNC with all boards plugged in and full system backup.
