Fanuc ALPHA Module

Fanuc of Japan started building the ALPHA series modules in the mid 1990’s. With the release of the power supply module, spindle amplifier, servo module and standalone servo units.

Into the 2000’s Fanuc released the ai series of amplifiers denoted by the 61xx and the later 62xx generation of aiPS, aiSP and aiSV drives.
