Fanuc A290-1140-T500 fan. This fan system is a black cowling with fan motor for BLACK capped AC spindle motors from the first generation of Fanuc’s AC motors. Found on motors such as model 30 or 40 with part numbers beginning A06B-1030-Bxxx or A06B-1040-Bxxx.

The internal fan motor was normally a TOYO as most early fans fitted in spindle motors and other auxillarily Fanuc devices and hardware.
