Fanuc A290-1003-T500 fan. This fan system is a black cowling with fan motor for BLACK capped AC spindle motors from the first generation of Fanuc’s AC motors. Found on motors such as model 3 or 6 with part numbers beginning A06B-1003-Bxxx or A06B-1006-Bxxx.

The internal fan motor was normally a TOYO as most early fans fitted in spindle motors and other auxillarily Fanuc devices and hardware.
