Fanuc A06B-6089-H105 servo amplifier unit. ALPHA series single axis amplifier with built in power supply section unlike the a modules. Reliant on PWM type B interface to the CNC normally a series 0 model D with type B axes card fitted. The H105 is high powered varient of this 200VAC SVU series of amplifiers. These SVU units are independent allowing far more remote placement within machine tools. This drive contains one IPM  transistors with A20B-2002-0041 wiring board specification and A20B-2002-003x control board. Neither are available seperate; however we do supply transistors, batteries and fuses if required.
