A06B-6240-H205 ¦ aiSV 20/20 Servo Module

Fanuc ALPHA i series A06B-6240-H205 servo drive services available. CNC offer testing, repair and exchange services for small twin axis ALPHA i generation Fanuc servo module aiSV 20/20 or aiSV 20/20-B which  is correctly labelled as a servo module.

Part of the 62xx wave of 200 VAC amplifiers. Fitted with many combination and ratings of spindle modules and powered from differing power supply’s dependent on machine size and type.

Repair and testing facilities are offered for Fanuc ai FSSB servo amplifiers, including closed loop with Fanuc oi-F system and ai series drives and motors. Occasionally CNC may have surplus to exchange requirement stock available. Though normally only exchange stock is available for most of the 62xx series of Fanuc ai drive amps.

Fanuc released two versions of these H205 modules. The early version contains power pcb A20B-2101-063x and control pcb A20B-2101-089x; with the later changing boards, etc. Namely the aiSV 20/20 which runs on earlier controls and later aiSV-20/20-B for the 0i model For 3xi model B controls. They are not compatible!
