Fanuc A06B-6078-H222 spindle amplifier module. Services offered on this first generation ALPHA drive are stock dependent. Testing and repair with comprehensive test facilities are available on the A06B-6078-H222 Fanuc Alpha type-1 interface spindle drive module. This amp normally drives a Model a22 spindle motor, though variations exist with sensor feedback for the type-1 interface.

Also there are different software versions A06B-6078-H222#H500 and A06B-6078-H222#H501.
