Fanuc A06B-6272-H011 spindle amplifier module. Though labeled as a servo amplifier this level up drive is the SPM-11 of 620x series of 400VAC spindle drives from the ALPHA i series. Type number is aiSP 11HV-B and part of the upgrade generation with later H610 software and rated output of 26 amp.

Manufacturer of this series started in 2018 and have gone through a few iterations with the exact same part number which is a slight confusing. Unlike the early 6270 versions these aiSP are -B varients only and not compatible with early versions!
