Fanuc A06B-6270-H030 spindle amplifier module. Though labeled as a servo amplifier this particular drive is the SPM-30 of 620x series of 400VAC spindle drives from the ALPHA i series. Type number is aiSP 30HV or aiSP 30HV-B with a rated output for driving AC spindle motor of 71 amp such as model aiL30.

Manufacturer of this series started in 2011 and have gone through a few iterations with the exact same part number which is a slight confusing. Early versions are non -B later are -B, the early versions are not compatible with later controls and the later drives will not work on early controls.
