Fanuc AA20B-2901-0766 memory module. CNC stock this main memory with capacity 256K SRAM pcb for a variety of different 16, 18 model B. Additionally this SMD provides serial spindle interface for the control of AC spindle servo unit. This card plugs into the main master pcb. Usually accompanied with other SMD’s including graphics engine, type A or B servo controller and other memory cards such as FROM  and DRAM smds.

Currently CNC only supplies this SRAM + Serial spindle for outright sale. We offer no other services, except for testing your control system; if this memory is found suspect. If repair, then we require the entire CNC with all boards plugged in and full system backup.
