A06B-6164-H344#H580 ¦ biSVSP 40/40/80-18

Fanuc Beta i series biSVSP 200VAC combined unit. These biSVP 40/40/80-18 amplifiers are robust but complex pieces of hardware, as they manage three servo axes plus a spindle motor all in one footprint. The specs for A06B-6164-H344#H580 are L/M axis channel capable of running biS8/3000 or biS12/3000 with the N servo channgel capable of biS22/2000 and the spindle section upto aiLP22 due to the 18kW rating.

Using Fanuc serial servo bus to communication between to and throu the CNC control and closed loop feedback for high precision machining. This BETA amp also uses twin LED readouts one for servo faults, the other for spindle alarms and a combination for power section and spindle issues.

The units embody a compact amplifier offering a cheap solution to low end or smaller machine tools. However its a single point of failure and on occasion faults are not repairable due to burnouts, etc. At CNC we can inspect, diagnose and fault find. However for quicker turnarounds the alarm codes and erroes help with repair speed. Alternative;y when stocked take advantage of our exchange drives.

12 month warranty is supplied on A06B6164H344#H580 drives supplied either exchange or if they have been repaired at CNC’s facilities.
