A06B-0512-B506#7073 ¦ V-CUT (Cincinnati Sabre)

Fanuc A06B-0512-B506#7073 AC servo motor. This AC red cap motor was part of Fanuc’s first generation of AC servo, spindle motor and amplifier series. The drives powering the motors were either analog or digial. This motor is a special being manufactured for Cincinnati Sabre CNC machine tools. Rated at 5.9Nm TRQ, 6.8 Amp, 3 phase 110V, max RPM of 2000.

This motor has a straight shaft with a special V-CUT for the Cincinnati coupling to fit. Fitted with standard oil seals and a 3000 pulse encoder. Similar to other 0512 series motors this is the later second release with the red cap incremental encoder with dog rather than black with coupling.

CNC offer fully refurbished motors with warranty on an exchange basis (assuming in stock). Testing, fault diagnosis of the A06B0512B506#7073 is possible.
