Refunds and Returns Policy

Restock and Returns:

All parts supplied exchange or outright, and repaired by us are tested and packed with extreme care to the weight, fragility, dimensions of the part and careful selection of the best packaging from palleting, to our sealed air foam packing thru to our custom made foam sliding boxes. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems. If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 14 days of delivery and the item should be returned within 14 days, with all packaging and documentation, for assessment and or inspection. We will only authorize the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty when received:

If any items purchased have faults when they are delivered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs. Upon receipt of the returned items they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the items then the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the fault was our responsibility. If any items develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of our warranty.

Damaged in transit:

Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility or liability for damaged items unless you notify the carrier at the time of delivery. If items are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the items have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to us within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs. Upon receipt of the returned items they will be inspected and if we are unable to repair or replace the items then the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage was due to our packing and/or our carrier.

Incorrect item:

If you receive items which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 14 days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the items replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned items. We are not responsible for paying carriage costs when returning an item for any reason. Once we have assessed.

Restock Costs:

CNC operate a two tier restock return structure. If the part is ordered and left sealed in its box as sent from us and returned within 14 working days then credit is 25%. If the part is taken from its packaging (unsealed) and returned to us within 14 working days from date of invoice then restocking is 50%.

No Restock: Parts specially shipped from other parts of our group irrelavent on what is ordered. Batteries, fuses and membranes are non returnable parts.
