Parts FAQ:

Do you supply PLC parts for GE Fanuc, ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc ?

No, we are CNC electronic specialists for CNC Machine Tools. Inclusive of machines such as lathes, milling machines, EDM, punchers, grinders, press brakes, injection molding and other CNC controlled machinery. We maybe able too recommend other companies that can help.

Do you supply Robot parts for Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic, etc ?

For any other manufacturer other than Fanuc, no. For Fanuc, only where parts are shared with CNC controls, drives and motors, etc. If they are purely Fanuc robotic parts; then afraid not.

Do you supply CNC control, drive and motors for Alan Bradley, Hass, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc ?

As primarily a Fanuc CNC electronic specialist, we support only Fanuc CNC products. However we do support a vast number of CNC monitors for many manufacturers CRT based monitors that were utilized within CNC machines.

Payment FAQ:

How can we pay ?

Customers can pay via bank transfer (wire, chaps, bacs), credit card (mastercard, visa, american express AMEX or Diners), cheque, cash or paypal (+4% surcharge) and approved 30 day accounts.

How do we get a 30 net account ?

CNC are very happy to give accounts to increase potential business and will provide a account application form to customers who plan to us regularly.

Shipping FAQ:

What shipping options do you offer ?

Primarily ship with UPS throughout the US and Canada. They visit our premises for pickup’s are 5pm EST; hence we can take orders and ship till 5pm. Via UPS we can offer RED (1 day), BLUE (2nd day air), BROWN (ground). For heavier items we use Old Dominion who freight throughout North America. We do also have accounts with FED-EX and DHL and can offer shipping via their services also.

Can we use our own shipping ?

No problems, as long as the shipment is insured and your happy to take full legal responsibility for the part once it leaves our facilities. If you have an account with one of the larger shipper provide us with your account details and what service you require and we can arrange it for you.

Warranty FAQ:

What warranty do I get with my part ?

CNC offer different warranties dependent on the part and the service, etc. As standard all parts repaired or supplied exchange come with a 12 month warranty. New monochrome CRT monitors and OEM membranes come with a 1 year warranty. New replacement LCD monitors, equivalent Fanuc power supplies and memory upgrades come with a 2 year warranty. Consumables such as batteries, fuses, transistors carry no warranty.

What does the warranty cover ?

CNC warranty covers part failure caused by internal component defect, with no external cause such as mistreatment, improper use, liquid or other contaminant ingression, etc. All parts and labor are covered, as well as return expedited shipping back to the customer.
